Interim management

Depending on our time capacities, we offer interim management services to support our clients in special or urgent situations.

Interim management can be a solution in the following cases:

• Prolongued absence or unexpected departure of a manager
• Situation of an acquisition with insufficient client resources  
• Employee reduction program requiring temporary reinforcement

Periods of interim management can vary in duration. Full or part time mandates are possible.
